REFUND POLICY
Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return where applicable according to current legislation.
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and health protection, returns of products that have been opened, used, or whose safety seal has been removed will not be accepted.
Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
Once returned products are received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Mercario reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
